Cloner requires Craft CMS 5.0 or greater.

PHP

Cloner requires PHP 8.2 or greater.

Permissions

Only Craft administrators can clone configuration. Craft's allowAdminChanges setting must also be enabled, so clone controls are unavailable in environments where project config is read-only.
