Use the builder tree to curate Craft and plugin menu items for the selected layout.

Rename, reorder, show / hide

• Drag rows to reorder, or use indent / outdent where nesting is allowed (max two levels).
• Toggle Show to hide an item from the sidebar without deleting your customization.
• Click a label (or Actions → Edit) to open the edit popover — change the label and optional custom icon.

Craft and plugin items keep their live URLs. You cannot override the URL of a Craft or plugin node in the builder; use a manual item when you need a custom link.

New Craft or plugin items

When Craft or an installed plugin adds a sidebar item that isn’t in your acknowledged set, the builder can show a new items notice. New items also appear in the tree at Craft’s default position among siblings. Acknowledge the notice when you’re happy with the current set, or customise the new rows first.

Custom icons

Upload an SVG asset as a Custom Icon to replace the default Craft/plugin icon for that item. Leave custom icon empty to keep the live registry icon.

Reset

Reset navigation clears customizations for the current layout and returns the sidebar to the live Craft/plugin order for that layout. Switch layouts in the header before resetting if you need to target a non-default layout.
